Shipping Methods: We use flat shipping rates for the continental United States. Please click here to view our rates. Orders over $700 receive a discount on shipping. Shipping is via UPS unless going to a PO Box, then it goes USPS and is not trackable. All items carry insurance. If you request on your order for "no signatuare requiared", and UPS or USPS signs off that it has been delivered and the order is missing from your residency or business, or it damaged, then the liability will be stictly yours.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO's/Military Bases: Shipping costs are $20.00 MIMIMUM or 50% of the regular wholesale price of the order, whichever is greater, and ships Air Mail Only taking 2 weeks for delivery.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders are usually processed in 2-3 business days of receipt and payment acceptance and should arrive in 8-10 business days or less after processing, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Return Policy: All our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. Electrical and mechanical products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. You must contact us by using the Claims and Damages Form. Click here to make arrangements for any returns or refunds. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights. We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where. All products returned, for other than shipping damages or products defects, must be returned within 30 days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale.
Claims & Damages: If you have Claims/Damages, please inform us by using the Claims and Damages Form. Fill out completely and in the comments section, simple write "damaged" and the number of the item (s) damaged. Example: COMMENTS: "Damaged; 33248; 34221". If part of the shipment is missing the same form should be used. Claims for products(s) missing from an order may be subject to receiving replacement product (s) only. DO NOT CALL IN DAMAGES. You may be requiared to take pictures of the damages, preferably digital to be sent by email, or if not available, paper photos forwarded to us at the address we will provide you via email. Upon receiving the pictures, a credit will be issued to you within 24-48 hours. Please allow time to process and check your statment before contacting us to inquire about the credit.
